PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling/repairing work schedule preparing device capable of smoothly preparing a schedule of remodeling/repairing work for a plurality of building equipment while considering a long term plan. SOLUTION: A branch 2 is provided with a working information storage part 11 for storing working information related to the remodeling/repair of a plural building equipment, a workers' information storing part 12 for storing workers information in charge of remodeling/repairing work, an allocating condition information storing part 14 for storing allocating condition information for the prepartion of a working schedule, a schedule allocating processing part 15c for allocating specific workers to the remodeling/repairing work, a schedule information storing part 13c for storing a working schedule, and a display part 17 for displaying the working schedule. Each office 3 is provided with a working table preparing part 3a for allocating work to working dates and workers transferred from the branch 2. The branch 2 prepares a working schedule and transfers the allocation of a part of work to respective offices 3 and each office 3 allocates a part of the work by the use of a working table preparing part 3a.
