PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PC card having a security function in which the security of data stored in a memory can be improved, and data writing in the memory can not be easily performed. SOLUTION: The number of times of the output of a card enable signal/CE from a host system device 2 to a PC card 1 is counted. The card enable signal/CE inputted from the host system device 2 is not outputted to an address decoder 5 until the count number reaches a prescribed value (a), and when the count number reaches the prescribed value (a), the card enable signal/CE inputted from the host system device 2 is outputted to an address decoder 5. |
