PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke device in whcih incorrect entry of the program number of a singing program to be selected is detected to improve the usability. SOLUTION: In this karaoke device, when a program number having a check digit added thereto is inputted in selection (S2), the check digit of the input program number is operated to judge the propriety of the input program number (S3). When the inputted program number is right, it is checked whether the same program number a the input program number is reservedly registered, and when it is reservedly registered, the error display of this content is performed (S8). When the same program number is not reservedly registered, it is checked whether the program of the input program number is registered in a program name-program number table as a playable program, and when it is not registered, the error display of this content is performed (S8). When this program is playable, the content that the selection and reservation is completed on the basis of the input program number is displayed (S7), whereby the processing is ended. When the inputted program number is incorrect according to the operation result of the check digit of the inputted program number, the error display indicting the incorrectness of the inputted program number is performed, whereby the processing is ended. |
