PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform slicing circuit which can surely slice even a high frequency input signal waveform at its upper and lower limit levels. SOLUTION: This slicing circuit 110 consists of a 1st slicing circuit 120 which slices the lower limit side of an input signal waveform at a prescribed level, an inverter circuit 130 which inverts the signal waveform that is sliced by the circuit 120, and a 2nd slicing circuit 140 which has the same constitution as the circuit 120 and slices the lower limit side of the signal waveform inverted by the circuit 130 at a prescribed level. |
