<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high reliability, a high speed processing and flexible change of the contents of control by being provided with a control cell hardware decoding part to execute a control cell with a predetermined instruction. SOLUTION: The control cell received with a first and a second links 124, 125 for control is inputted in the control cell hardware decoding part 1235 and the received control cell is firstly discriminated whether it is the control cell to be processed by the hardware or not. When the received control cell is the control cell to be processed by the hardware, the cell is processed according to the contents of the cell. The control cell hardware decoding part 1235 is connected with a control bus 125, when the processing except an output of a reset signal for a CPU 1231 and the output of a switching signal for an ACT determination circuit 1234 is executed, required data is transmitted and received between the CPU 1231, the memory 1233, the SAR 1232, and an ACT circuit 1234 with a control bus 125.</p> |
