The invention refers to a low voltage separating switch with fuses, which is protected in plastic material and designed to connect and disconnect the electric wiring as well as to protect it from short-circuit. The separating switch is composed of a modulated insulating casing [1], whereto some rigid contacts [2] are affixed, and a modulated intermediate insulating body [3]. Some studs [4] are used to fasten the insulating support [1] modules and two side metal supports [3] having each a hole [a] wherein there is a rotating axle [6] which guides a modulated insulating cover [7] fast mounted by some studs [8], whereon are fastened some fuse cartridges [9] which stand for the movable contacts. The insulating intermediate body [3] which is provided with some grooves [b] for passing through the movable contacts has attached, by insulating connecting parts, some blow-out chutes [10]. The insulating cover [7] is provided with an actuating handle.
