PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release timer transmission automatically in the case that a dialing operation by timer transmission is remarkably delayed compared to a set time and to ensure facsimile communication by the timer transmission. SOLUTION: A key entry section 14 enters a timer transmission permission time being a prescribed time interval from a set time for timer transmission and stores the time in a time data storage section 11. When facsimile communication is disabled at a set time for timer transmission and the transmission disable state is released within the timer transmission permissible time stored in the time data storage section 11, the control circuit 9 executes timer transmission, and when the transmission disable state is not released within the timer transmission permissible time, the control circuit 9 releases the timer transmission. Furthermore, the control circuit 9 conducts repetitively the timer transmission till the connection to the opposite terminal is made within the timer transmission permissible time. |
