<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a joint part from a sheet to ream-like lead frames without trouble in terms of quality, by circularly moving the outer area part of the sheet with the joint part as a center and cutting the connection part by means of reciprocating slider. SOLUTION: A device 100 is provided with a pressing part 110 which vertically supports the ream-like lead frame part 180 in the sheet 170, a grasping part 120 grasping the outer area part 189 of the ream-like lead frame part in the sheet by adjusting the tip to the joint 187, a slider 130 and a driving part 140 moving the grasping part 120. The slider 130 receives driving force by the driving part 140 and it reciprocates in a prescribed moving path 160 along the arc of a circle with the joint part 187 as the center. Thus, the outer area 189 of the sheet 170 circularly moves with the joint 187 as the center, and the joint 187 can be cut.</p> |
