PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element which has various superior characteristics that the optical element needs to have, i.e., mechanical strength and chemical resistance and the laminated transfer sheet used suitably for its manufacture. SOLUTION: This optical element which is formed including a transparent substrate 1, a radiation cross-linked adhesive layer 2 laminated on the transparent substrate 1, and a laminated body 3 formed on the adhesive layer 2 by being transferred from a temporary carrier 4 so that the laminated body 3 has a transparent conductive layer 31 formed on the adhesive layer 2 in contact and a resin layer 32 laminated on the transparent conductive layer 31 has the resin layer 32 formed of a coating containing polyimide calcined before the laminated body 3 is transferred from the temporary carrier 4 to the adhesive layer 2.
