摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure for a shield battery capable of simplifying the caulking process of an explosion-proof valve, a poly-switch and sealing cap constituting an explosion-proof safety mechanism, enhancing workability, and providing sufficient sealing performance without applying a sealing compound in the shield structure of the sealed battery using nonaqueous electrolyte such as lithium secondary battery. SOLUTION: An explosion-proof valve 18 having elasticity in the plane direction of a valve main body for releasing battery inner pressure, a poly-switch 20 for preventing overcurrent and a sealing cap 22 to be a positive electrode terminal are superimposed successively. The same is mounted on an insulative synthetic resin made packing vessel 24 having an open top and a position fixing stopper 38a on the lower portion is provided. By engaging the position fixing stopper 38a provided on the lower portion of the packing vessel 24 with a necking portion 16 provided on a nonaqueous electrolyte-charged battery case 12 to seal the battery case 12.
