The lubrication is effected by low pressure air fed through the outer portion of a coaxial tube (6), the inner tube (10) being that for the feeding of the lubricating oil, pushing a hollow piston (16) forward against a compression spring (31) to open a radial nozzle (34) fitted between the knurled outer sleeve (12) and an adjustment ring (23). The oil is fed under pressure up the central hole (25) of the piston and out via radial holes (27) near a restricted area (28) where it mixes with the air to form a fine spray before being discharged by the radial nozzle (34).
