<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the alignment of an optical axis in the field and incorporate a switch without contact-making into a mounting member of a monitor camera by providing an light-emitting part to one end of a flexible tube and a light-receiving part to the other end, so that the light-receiving end should receive infrared rays from the light-emitting part when the flexible tube is extended straight, and the light reception should be reduced or stopped, when the flexible tube is bent. SOLUTION: A flexible tube 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape by which infrared rays from outside are screened and which can be bent to any directions. When the flexible tube 1 is extended straight, an infrared beam 11 emitted from an infrared-ray emitting part 4, to which current is supplied through a first lead wire 6, is directed to an infrared-ray receiving part 5, so that the infrared-ray receiving part 5 outputs a predetermined-level electric signal from a second lead wire 7. When the flexible tube 1 is bent by an external force, the infrared beam 11 departs fro the infrared-ray receiving part 5, so that the level of the electric signal output from the second lead wire 7 become lower than the predetermined level or disappears.</p> |
