PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variably set up a security level in accordance with conditions for installation or operation and to improve the operability of a terminal. SOLUTION: A terminal 1 is constituted of a display part 2 for displaying information, an operation part 5 for receiving input/operation, a security management means 13 for storing information indicating the locked/unlocked state of security, a locking means 9 arranged in the operation part 5 and allowed to lock/unlock the security, and a terminal control part 16 for controlling respective parts. At the time to start processing, the control part 16 reads out the information indicating the locked/unlocked state from the means 13 and controls so as to request the input of a password in the case of a locked state, or not to request the input of the password in the case of an unlocked state. |
