SOLUTION: A user terminal 1 and a server 2 are connected each other with network interfaces 4, 6. A program 3 at the side of the user terminal is the one to execute a certain application and a main body application program S12 is executed after a starting program S11 is executed by the program 3. User data is fetched from a storage device 5 at the side of the user terminal and starting condition data is simultaneously fetched from a storage device 7 at the side of the server with the network by the program 3 at the side of the user terminal.
