<p>Piperazine derivatives having general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, which have excellent 5-HT2 receptor antagonism and 5-HT1A receptor agonism and, therefore, are useful as remedies or preventives for psychoneurosis, wherein R1 represents optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted saturated heterocycle or optionally substituted heteroaryl; R?2a and R2b¿ represent each hydrogen or alkyl; R3 represents hydrogen or alkyl; R4 represents optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted saturated heterocycle or optionally substituted heteroaryl; R5 represents hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, alkoxy or alkoxycarbonyl; m is an integer of 1 to 3; n is an integer of 1 to 6; and X represents carbon or nitrogen.</p> |
