A conductive contact having a holder member comprising a holed platelike member made of a material with a small coefficient of thermal expansion. When it is used in a high-temperature atmosphere, the thermal expansion of the holder member is minimized to avoid accumulated positional errors between spaced contacts to thereby ensure a high positional accuracy of the contacts. When the holder member has a laminated structure of a plurality of thin plate members, the thin plate members can be holed by etching, facilitating mass production. By performing an insulation treatment of the inner circumferential surface of the hole, the holder member can be made of a conductive material with a small coefficient of thermal expansion, thus widening a range of material selection for the holder member.
|
