The present invention relates to a tacrolimus conjugated compound represented by formula (I); in which R1 and R2 independently of one another represent hydrogen or a group of formula: -CO-CH2-X-(CH2CH2-O)n-CH3 wherein n denotes an integer of 10 to 460, and X represents O or S, provided that both R1 and R2 cannot be hydrogen; to a process for preparing the same and to its use as an immunosuppressive and antiinflammatory agent.
