摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the verification of accuracy in analysis by discriminating the degree of the overlapping of distribution between erythrocytes and crystals from two distribution charts and evaluating accuracy in the count of erythrocytes. SOLUTION: A sample liquid containing formed components in urine treated by dyeing is sheathed with a sheath liquid to form a sample flow 16. The sample flow 16 is irradiated with light from a laser light source 4, and the intensity of forward scattered light, the intensity of sideway scattered light, and the intensity of fluorescence are extracted from each of the lighted formed components. Then the first distribution chart with the parameters of the fluorescence intensity and forward scattered light intensity as parameters is created. The second distribution chart with the forward scattered light intensity and sideway scattered light intensity as parameters is created on the formed components which appear in a predetermined crystal and erythrocyte appearance predicted area in the first distribution chart. Next, an erythrocyte appearance area in the first distribution chart is fractioned, and the number of the formed components in the area is counted as the number of erythrocytes. On the basis of the number of the formed components which appear in a predetermined crystal appearance predicted area in the second distribution chart, the reliability of the number of erythrocytes is evaluated and judged by an evaluating part.</p>
