<p>A method of molding a plastic material or a mixture of a plastic material with a non-plastic material by feeding the plastic material or the mixture into a cylinder and molding the material by knead-melting the same in the cylinder, wherein the material is melt-kneaded in an oxygen-free condition in the cylinder and the molten material is sent in a straightened state from a front end portion of a screw to that of the cylinder, thus enabling the material to be excellently molded without causing the occurrence of defective molding including the occurrence of burning thereof and voids in a molded product even when use is made of a material such as a plastic material of a low fluidity and a low thermal stability or a material prepared by mixing 10-30 wt% of wood flour, paper powder, stone powder and metal powder with a plastic material, and without causing great abrasion of the screw even when use is made of a material mixed with at least several weight percent of metal powder or stone powder.</p> |
