Adaptor fitting for stationary gas turbine plant

The adapter fitting is fitted between the turbine (6) and the combustion chamber (9) of the gas turbine plant, for providing different operating modes for the gas turbine plant using a number of selectively controlled inlets (31,32,34) and outlets (33,35,38). The housing (18) of the adapter fitting has an outer wall (19), a base (20), a cover (21) and a concentric annular insert (22), with diametrically opposing inlet and outlet openings (34,35) in the outer wall, an inlet (31) in the base and an outlet (33) in the cover.
