An arrangement for transporting and inserting radionuclides into humans or animals, enables the radionuclide to be inserted from a distance and is designed so that the radionuclide does not have to be taken out of the transport container. The arrangement pref. has an inner vessel which contains the radionuclide. The arrangement is connected either directly or indirectly to an inlet which is fed into the body.
