Fixing ends of heat exchanger tubes into tube bases using rolling tool

An arrangement for "roller-technical" fixing of the ends of heat exchanger tubes in tube bases of a heat exchanger by means of a rolling tool (2) driven from an electronically controlled rolling machine (1) has a static torque sensor (5) assigned to the rolling machine supported in limited pivoting fashion on an abutment(3). The sensor is connected to a control apparatus (6) coupled to the rolling machine. The abutment is designed as a frame (4) in which the rolling machine is supported in floating fashion. A pivot stop (26) is assigned to the machine. Between the machine and the sensor is incorporated a force transmission disc(20).
