The sleeve-shaped shaft (4) has a groove-type constriction (7) all round next to a conical point (5) and holding the end of the hollow bodily organ (3) placed onto the shaft, with several closely juxtaposed C-shaped clamps (11). The end of the laterally adjoining hollow body-organ (2) protruding into the constriction of the shaft has two closely juxtaposed fatter parts (9,10) formed by an expander ring, annular spring and such like. A retractable outer sleeve (12) encloses the hollow organ slid over the shaft.
