FOLDABLE TOOL WITH REMOVABLE TOOL CARTRIDGES

A foldable multi-purpose tool includes a pair of jaws (42) and a pair of folding handles (20) and is capable of accepting removable cartridges (10). In the extended position, the handles (20) operate the jaws (42). Each removable cartridge (10) contains a number of relatively small tool blades (12) that are preferably selected by functional categories. Various cartridge hold-down and removal mechanisms (14, 30) are also provided.
