The present invention relates to a vehicle lock mechanism, particularly to a steal-proof lock mechanism for vehicle wheel. The lock mechnism comprises wheel inner staff (1), plug-in staffs (3) and wheel outer staff (14). Said wheel inner staff (1) has a straight body and it's one end is bended so as to form "L" shape. The straight body of said wheel inner staff is in turn provided with two to six connection holes of female thread (2). One side of said plug-in staff (3) is provided with male thread so as to mesh with said holes of female thread (2), the other side has a radial locking hole (7). There are two radial plug holes (5) on the body of wheel outer staff (14) separately in order to make the plug-in staffs (3) insert into said plug holes (5). A lock is fitted into the hollow body between the holes.
