<p>The lighting module (1000) may be used in a road vehicle. Light from a lamp may be passed down a set of laminar solid light guides (1110-1130) to a set of facets (1111,1121) set at an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the rays of light coming from the lamp. Beams of light emerge sideways, at right-angles to the longitudinal axis (X) of the lighting module. The light passes through a number of transparent slats (1111a-1131a) which act as lenses and may be set generally at 45 degrees to the emerging beams of light.</p> |
