SUBSTANCE: halogen-silver substance consists of backing, adhesion gelatin sublayer, emulsion halogen-silver layer made as bromoiodosilver emulsion (silver halide microcrystal size d = 0.4-0.7 ??m , content is 3.0-7.5 mol.%) and containing activators of spectral sensitization and spectral sensitizing agents taken from compounds of the general formula (I) <EMI ID=0.240 HE=24 WI=99 TI=CHI> where A - H, lower alkoxyl-group; A - H; A - H, lower alkyl, or A and A form together (CH<SB>2</SB>C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>-,CH<SB>2</SB>CH(CH<SB>3</SB>)CH<SB>2</SB>-; R - lower alkyl, (CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>3</SB>SO<CHF>-@3</CHF>; B - H, 5,5'-di--OCH<SB>3</SB>, 6,6'-di-SCH<SB>3</SB>; m, n = 0, 1; X is <EMI ID=0.241 HE=9 WI=48 TI=CHI>, and/or of the formula (II) -CH<SB>3</SB>O where A - lower alkyl; B - 4,5-benzo-, 5-<EMI ID=0.242 HE=27 WI=72 TI=CHI>; Z - 5,6-dimethylthio-[2,3-d]-thiazoline-2- -ylidene, 5-methoxybenzthiazole, 4,5-benzobenzthiazole; R - lower alkyl; K - 1,1-diethyl-2,2-quinocyanine, 3,3-diethyl-thiazolinocarbocyanine, and color component - 1-(4-phenoxy- -3-sulfophenyl)-3-stearylaminopyrazolone-5 (III) or a mixture of (III) and 3,5-di-(2-methyl-5-octadecenylsuccinoylamino-benzoylsulfamino)-1,2-xylene (IV) at ratio (III) : (IV) = (2: 1)-(3: 1). A conterlayer is applied on backing backsite that has antioral dyes. The use of the above indicated bromoiodosilver emulsion, activators of spectral sensitization, spectral sensitizing agents of the formula (I) and (II) and antioral dyes as components halogen-silver emulsion layer ensures to obtain photographic substance exhibiting broad zone of sensitization from 400 to 860 nm, high resolution capacity at retained level of light-sensitivity, uniform distribution of degree of contrast in sensitization zone.
