PLASTIC FRAMED PROFILE WITH SEALING INTERLAYER

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to light-weight guarding structures of dwelling and public buildings. Plastic framed profile with sealing interlayer has two components: multiple-chamber extruded rigid body of frame with bevels of overlaps of frame members in the form of rabbet and sealing interlayer made of thermoplastelastomer seated in corresponding slot in joint of frame rigid body. Framed profile is made splittable. Created in joint slot is enclosed air chamber. Joining of components is effected with 3 mm clearance with respect to base of sealing interlayer tail-piece. Tail-piece of interlayer is made with two springy bends. These bends rest on protrusions in slots of rigid body joint. For providing accurate and controlled width of clearance, undertaken is postextrusion of sealing interlayer into preliminarily moistened and cooled slot in joining of framed profile components in combination with selection of materials of rigid body and sealing interlayer with required ratio of shrinkage values. Aforesaid embodiment of framed profile allows for improvement of operating characteristics of this construction component. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
