SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of 7-([-([1alpha,5alpha,6alpha]] -6-amino-3-azabicyclo-[3,1,0] - -hex-3-yl)-6-fluoro-1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo- -1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic and methanesulfonic acids salt. Salt or monohydrate of the above indicated compound exhibiting properties that are distinct from that of the end product (by data based on roentgenogram pattern of powder fraction) is boiled or heated to 80-85 C in the presence of alcohol or its mixture with aprotonic cosolvent.
