摘要 FIELD: information transmission systems in which emitters and receivers of digital signal are matched in frequency and phase. SUBSTANCE: method involves transmission of information using compact channel code groups in self-synchronization redundant phase code, and reading information using synchronization signal which is detected in transmitted phase-coded digital flow using automatic frequency and phase tuning equipment. Code redundancy helps in generation of reliably detected constant channel groups in digital code, some of these groups are used for timing and structuring of transmitted flows. One of these groups is used as delaying addition for matching flow rates upon their mixing. When transmission capacity of output channel is not enough for any of flows to be mixed, matching is achieved by increasing clock frequency of output flow. EFFECT: elimination of additional system data in correcting time intervals, increased tolerance range of possible deviations from nominal frequency and phase characteristics and tolerance range of mismatch in rates of flows upon mixing with losses in transmission capacity of output multiplex channel, being dependent only on time intervals which directly correct difference in rates of flows to be mixed. 3 cl
