FIELD: materials handling facilities; smoothing out loose material loaded in vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has frame structure with upper frame and grader connected with frame and provided with lower frame with smoothing out beam, preferably furnished with plough, and smoothing out roll connected in direction of movement. It has also lifting device to move grader between upper and lower end positions. Noncontact probe is provided which is coupled with lifting device through control panel. Movement of grader is controlled to preclude collision of grader with loose material filling device. EFFECT: provision of smoothing out of bulk material cone formed at loading of loose material into railway cars. 10 cl, 1 dwg
