<p>FIELD: processing of secondary gallium raw materials, in particular, vacuum apparatus for decomposition of secondary gallium raw materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vacuum chamber accommodating heater along its axis, evaporating plate, shields and condenser installed on bottom plate. Evaporating plate is made in the form of container fitted on heater. Shields are tightly closed with covers. Condenser is made in the form of spiral of water-cooled pipes. Container in which packing is installed with spiral shelf is made in bottom with overflow channel connected with airtight gallium collector.
