SUBSTANCE: device has distributor, reference oscillator, n conversion channels, n AND gates, main counter, first and second memory units, OR gate, divider, generator, commutator, first and second switches, and calculating unit. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced units and connections which provides possibility of continuous reading of vernier signals in moments when time interval boundaries are defined.
