The integrated command circuit electromagnetic actuator has inner moving magnet elements (13) and outer electrical coils (16) which activate them. There is a printed circuit plate (29) around the outer periphery of each coil, and an electrode on the coil detects a capacitance change with the moving element. The capacitance change is fed back to an integrated command unit (28), stabilising vibration movements. The electronic command unit is partially placed inside the coil. |
