FIELD: mechanical engineering; grinding of elastic and viscous materials and reinforced materials. SUBSTANCE: device has reversible drive, housing, two parallel shafts rotating in opposite directions and provided with fitted-on milling cutters separated by spacer bushings. Cleaners are freely fitted on rods between milling cutters. Rods are cylindrical, and their axes are located so that cleaner and spacer bushing interaction resultant force passes between axis of rod and vertical symmetry plane of housing. Angle between face and shaft radius in any point on lower face of each cleaner can be larger than friction angle between material under grinding and cleaner material, and faces can be deflected from shaft radius in direction of rotation of milling cutter.
