<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a photosensitive resin layer of a laminate film used for film sticking equipment, together with a cover film, and to peel off the whole of the cover film continuously. SOLUTION: A cover film of a laminate film 14 supplied from a film roll 12 in film sticking equipment 10 is cut in the direction of the width of the film, together with a photosensitive resin layer, by a cover film cutter 38 and the whole of the cover film including the cut part is peeled off continuously from the photosensitive resin layer by an adhesive tape 32 of a cover film peeling device 16. When a light-transmitting support film stuck on bases 20 is rolled up continuously, on the occasion when it is peeled off therefrom, the photosensitive resin layer between the bases 20 is rolled up together with the light-transmitting support film and each of the bases 20 is separated.</p> |
