PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film being excellent in heat- resistant dimensional stability and having excellent adhesion to silicone and to manufacture the film with high productivity. SOLUTION: This film is constituted in such a manner that it is provided with a crosslinked primer layer obtained by applying an aqueous liquid of a thermo-crosslinking polyurethane prepolymer having an unsaturated double bond to at least one surface of a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film and by drying and thermally crosslinking it subsequently. In this case, the rate of the dimensional change of the film having a property of easy adhesion to silicone, due to a thermal stress after it is subjected to heating treatment for 30 minutes at a temperature of 120 deg.C, is made 0-0.10% in the longitudinal direction and 0-0.05% in the lateral direction. |
