PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing deposition preventing material and the producing method capable of easily preventing the crack of a molding accompanied with the firing deposition on a molding flask, reusing it considerable several times and producing a large sized lightweight ceramic with conventional equipment without particularly increasing the thickness of a tray at a low cost and a producing method of the lightweight ceramic using the firing deposition preventing material. SOLUTION: A firing deposition preventing material is for covering the inside surface of a molding flask in which a ceramic raw material mixture is packed, and is formed by depositing alumina powder or titanium on a carbon fiber. Moreover, a producing method of a lightweight ceramic is for arranging and applying the firing deposition preventing material formed by depositing the alumina powder or titanium on the carbon fiber on the inside surface of the molding flask, packing the ceramic raw material mixture in the molding flask and firing the ceramic raw material mixture. |
