PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce noodle sandwich without spoiling taste of noodles such as chow mein, etc., and without easy falling of the ingredient from a space of bread. SOLUTION: This production of noodle sandwich is to stuff cooked chow mein 2b to inside of the fried coating 2a of a bag-shaped deep-fried bean curd, adhere a butter solution and crumbs of bread 2c around the fried coating 2a and frying it to form an ingredient 2 and insert the ingredient 2 between sliced bread 3. |
