PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and effectively release a molding from a mold without multiple mold releasing marks on a rear wall surface of the molding in the step of releasing the molding. SOLUTION: A blowing mold has a pair of split molds having one mold 1 for melding a front wall 4 of a molding 3 and the other mold 2 for molding a rear wall 6 of the molding 3. An ejector member 9 for releasing the molding 3 by pressing the wall 6 of the molding 3 is provided in a cavity 7 of the mold 2 for molding the wall 6 of the molding 3. The member 9 has a flat part 10 in contact at its end face with the wall 6 of the molding 3 and a protruding part 11 substantially at a center of the part 10. A recess 16 is formed don the wall 6 by the part 11 of the member 9 by blow molding on a cavity 7 surface of the other mold 2 in the state in plane with the part 10 of the member 9, and the molding 3 welded at top end of the recess 15 to the wall 4 is molded. Then, the mold is opened, the member 9 is operated to take out the molding 3 by pressing the wall 6 of the molding 3 in a releasing direction. |
