PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device for active water capable of maintaining effect such as a sterilizing function, contriving the activation of cells of animals and plants and quickening of the growth over a long period of time by incorporating oxygen of more than 2 times (17 ppm) than ordinary water in city water, well water, see water, etc. SOLUTION: A device is composed of a water tank 1 for storing raw water and regulating a water temp., an ozone mixing vessel 6 in which the raw water supplied from the water tank 1 is mixed with ozone generated in an ozone generator 8, a ceramic-packed vessel 9 for incorporating the ozone into the water by passing the ozone-mixed water formed in the mixing vessel 6 through a ceramic-packed layer, a pump 10 for supplying the ozone-mixed water to the packed vessel 9 with a high pressure and a refrigerator 13 for cooling the water to 4 deg.C through a heat exchanger 12 in order to make a cluster of the water passed through the packed vessel 9 small. The active water is produced by circulating the raw water between the water tank 1 and the heat exchanger 12. |
