PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a badminton racket which has a shaft part with high flexibility and high torsional rigidity and transmits less vibration to the grip part. SOLUTION: A face part 5 is provided in the tip side of a shaft part 4 and a grip part 6 is provided in the base side. This shaft part 4 is provided with a hollow cylindrical main body part 4a of a regular circular cross section and projecting straps 7 and recessed straps 8 which are provided outside the main body part 4a and extended in the longitudinal direction of the shaft part 4. A plurality of projecting straps 7 and recessed straps 8 are arranged in parallel to each other in a part to be enhanced the rigidity in the shaft part 4. |
