<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a laminated package by coating an extruded base material sheet with viscous material in a film state from a cavity of a pattern roll for making the sheet travel in contact, and laminating to coat it with a film sheet, thereby uniformly coating it with the viscous material in a uniform film thickness. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a laminated package comprises a first traveling means 3 of rollers 2, 2a to travel a roll-like base material sheet S1 at a desired speed while giving necessary tension, and a second traveling means 4 for traveling a film sheet S2 similarly to the sheet S1. Further, a cavity of a desired shape is provided at a body of a pattern roll 13 separable from a backup roll 18 and a material extrusion nozzle 24 for discharging to coat the sheet S1 with the viscous material in a thin plate state is provided to form a material coating means 5. And, an adhesive coating unit 27 is provided at an upstream immediately before a press roll 26 of first, second press rolls 28, 29 of a laminating packaging means 6 to coat with adhesive so as to superpose the sheet S1 with the viscous material.</p> |
