PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior electromagnetic wave control compact which is used by being attached, stuck, or sewn to daily materials such as a portable telephone, household electric appliances and fabrics and has an effect of protecting a user from being affected by the electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: A compact is formed by containing tourmaline powder 3-20 wt.%, preferably 5-10 wt.%, in relation to either one of synthetic resin 100 wt.% selected from PVC, urethane and silicone. One adopting the PVC compact is the supreme in the health improvement action. The mean particle size of the tourmaline powder is desirable to be 1-3μm. The compact may be a soft sheet.
