PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely maintain thickness of an oil film damper in the middle of driving as well as to further restrain shaft vibration. SOLUTION: This bearing structure of a turbo charger is provided with a bearing 4 between a bearing support part 2 on the side of a housing 1 and a turbine shaft 3, a first clearance 18 capable of forming an oil film damper between this bearing 4 and the bearing support part 2 and a second clearance 20 adjacent to this first clearance 18 and larger than it. Thereafter, a metallic spring member 21 along an overall periphery capable of working specified spring force on the bearing 4 is provided in this second clearance 20.
