PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an air heat source heat pump unit, for example, from flame, or the like by providing each damper at the inlet and outlet sides of the blower of an air path for outside air and ventilation, switching the dampers according to a fresh air temperature, and operating the dampers for closing the air path when an abnormal high temperature is generated. SOLUTION: An air heat source heat pump unit has an air path 28 for connecting the outlet of an outdoor-side blower 4 to an inside 200 of a room, and air paths 27 and 26 for connecting the outlet of the outdoor-side blower 4 to the inside 200 of the room and the inside 200 of the room to an inlet vent of the outdoor-side blower 4, respectively. Each of paths 28-26 has dampers 12-10. A temperature sensor 13 being provided in an air duct 21 of the outdoor- side blower 4 detects a fresh air temperature for controlling the switching of the dampers 12-10 in an emergency. Then, the detection signal is compared with an allowable outside air temperature being set in a controller. When the detected outside air temperature continues to be at least at the allowable outside air temperature for at least a set time, all of dampers 12-10 are closed, thus positively preventing high-temperature outside air from flowing into the room. |
