<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding equipment for welding the lower housing and the upper cover of a balancer for drum type washer in producing the balancer. SOLUTION: This welding equipment has a pressurizing means 50, a rotating means 60, and a welding machine. The pressurizing means 50 is to pressurize a balancer housing 13 mounted on a jig 28 to tightly connect the lower housing 11 and the upper cover 12 to each other. The rotating means 60 is to rotate the pressurized balancer housing 13. And the welding machine has a welding electrode for seam welding of the connecting part of the lower housing 11 and the upper cover 12. The welding machine is constituted to do welding as the pressurized balancer housing 13 is rotated by the rotating means 60. As welding of a ball balancer can be automatically done using this equipment, the work efficiency can be improved and generation of failure can be prevented.</p> |
