PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw which can prevent deposition of slurry. SOLUTION: In an oil pan 38, a valley-shaped recessed part 42 is formed, a slope 42A, 42A of this recessed part 42 is tilted at an angle of repose or more of an abrasive grain contained in recovered slurry, also an injection nozzle 46, 48 injecting slurry toward a valley part and the slope 42A, 42A of the oil pan 38 is provided. The recovered slurry flows to drop down on the slope 42A, 42A of the recessed part 42, also by a flow of slurry injected from the injection nozzle 46, 48, the slurry is made to flow forcedly toward a discharge port 44 and discharged therefrom. |
