PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fecal matter from sticking to a hand by oozing out of toliet paper at cleanly wiping time by combining a hygroscopic part of toilet paper by superposing plural sheets and water impermeable toilet paper by applying and drying a water soluble applying material such as starch paste. SOLUTION: Water absorptive paper 1 and water impermeable toilet paper 2 by applying and drying a water soluble applying material such as starch paste, are combined with each other, and in order to prevent a slip at cleanly wiping and using time, antislipping toliet paper 3 is superposed on the outside of the water impermeable toilet paper 2. When toliet paper formed in this way is used at evacuation time, a fecal matter part is cleanly wiped by the water absorptive paper 1, but at this time, oozing out of a fecal matter is prevented by the water impermeable toilet paper 2, and sticking of the fecal matter to a hand is reliably prevented, and it can be sanitarily used. |
