PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for obtaining a heat-exchanging material excellent in wettability and heat-exchanging efficiency through a precoating method while solving the problems that a drain pan made of ABS resin is damaged or water flows over the drain pan due to blowing are solved. SOLUTION: The heat-exchanging material comprises an aluminum or an aluminum alloy material 1, a hydrophilic film 3 provided on the aluminum alloy material 1 while containing at least one kind of compound selected from inorganic particles, acryl based resin, polyethylene glycol, modification thereof, copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and modification thereof, and a layer 4 provided on the hydrophilic film while containing polyethylene glycol having molecular weight of 5,000-500,000 and melting point of 45-70 deg.C. |
